Meysam Gholami, born in Iran, began his journey as an entrepreneur at the age of 20 when he founded RMS Construction. Over 15 years, he successfully remodeled more than 1,000 homes, growing the business from the ground up. After establishing a strong foundation, he brought his experience and work ethic to the United States to continue building on his success.
In 2014, he launched Renew Home Design in Irving, Texas, located in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. This company focuses on importing and selling quality cabinets and flooring to meet the needs of homeowners looking to improve their living spaces. As the CEO of both RMS Construction and Renew Home Design, Gholami oversees operations and ensures each project reflects high standards and customer satisfaction.
Renew Home Design was created to offer various cabinetry options for kitchens, bathrooms, and other parts of the home. Customers can choose from White Shaker, Dark Caramel, Dove Grey, and Cyber Grey styles. These cabinets are designed to fit a range of personal tastes and home styles. Gholami has made the process efficient—clients easily browse, measure, and order what they need, allowing them to focus on transforming their homes.
RMS Construction, initially based in Tehran and now in Arlington, Texas, provides a wide range of remodeling services. These include painting, flooring, cabinetry, and complete room renovations. Gholami runs his company, focusing on reliability, quality, and clear communication. He works with experienced tradespeople who deliver consistent and careful craftsmanship, from carpentry to structural work.
Gholami also ensures his clients remain informed throughout the process, sticking to budgets and timelines. His team is known for showing up on schedule, respecting the space, and promptly addressing concerns. Clients often praise the company for making the remodeling experience more manageable.
In addition to business, Gholami contributes to the community by donating furniture and items from auctioned homes to needy families. This reflects his desire to give back and support others where he can.
Meysam Gholami values family above all. Married for 13 years, he and his wife have two children. Together, they celebrate Persian traditions and essential family dates and enjoy an active lifestyle, with Gholami especially fond of soccer and tennis.
